The three interconnected buildings are host to 140 years of rich history. The State Buildings were once used for Public Offices, a Police Court and cellblock, Office of the Premier and Cabinet, the Treasury, and other Governmental Departments. They are now home to a delightful mixture of hospitality and retail outlets, including the Treasury Hotel renowned for Sue Lewis, Chocolatier.

For Chocolate lovers, this is an unmissable opportunity to indulge in a sample of Sue’s irresistible handmade chocolates. With over 20 years’ experience in hospitality working in London restaurant scene, Sue learnt the art of chocolate making under the direction of master chocolatier Paul A. Young.
