| When you request us to help you
arrange your flights, all arrangements for your flight bookings/payments
will be fulfilled for you by Murray Rogers Travel Ltd., ATOL No. 6856.
On our part, we will liaise with Murray Rogers Travel Limited (trading as
Travel Options) regarding available flights and dates to suit you. We also
take into account whether other volunteers are flying to your destination at
the same time as you and we will try to get you on the same flight as them,
so that you have company on the trip and can get to know some of your fellow
volunteers before your arrival. We will then send
you a proposed itinerary for your approval and, once you have approved it,
we will then arrange for Travel Options to book your flight for you. You
will receive both your outgoing and return tickets from Travel Options. We
do not hold these for you.
For your reassurance, we have reproduced Murray Rogers
Travel Ltd's ATOL, ABTA and IATA numbers on the right.
You may, of course, make your own travel arrangements and
we will give you all the necessary information you need. However, before
booking your flights, you must liaise with us so that we can ensure that
your placement has been confirmed and that your proposed flight is suitable.
