we’ve made Travel Insurance a mandatory requirement for anyone
participating in one of our programmes.
We’ve teamed up with Endsleigh to offer our travellers great travel
insurance at affordable prices, with a policy specifically designed to
cater to our travellers needs whilst taking part in one of our
programmes.

Insurance Services Ltd which is authorized and regulated by the

GAP
YEAR POLICY
The Gap Year Policy has three options to choose from:

Activity – for
travellers who will be participating in various sports & activities.

Volunteer – for our
travellers who will be working as volunteers.

Work Abroad – for our travellers who
will be working.
Benefits of the Gap Year Policy...
- Comes with over 90 activities covered as standard!
- Allows you to add still more cover for more adventurous activities, such as…White Water Rafting (up to grade 4), Trekking (up to 6,000m), Scuba Diving (up to 40m) and many many more.
- Covers you for cancellation or curtailment charges, personal
accident, emergency medical expenses, overseas legal expenses,
personal money, passport and documents, baggage and personal
liability.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

You are solely responsible for
ensuring that the insurance policy is right for you and that it
meets all your needs.

It is advisable to take out your
travel insurance at the time of booking your trip as cover will
commence for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue
date. This will, therefore, provide cover should you have to
cancel your trip for an insured reason such illness or serious
accident preventing you from travelling.

Check that the cover provided in
your travel insurance policy is appropriate for your TWW
Programme, for your wider travel itinerary, and for any other
requirements as might be applicable.

Take time to familiarise yourself
with the policy wording - paying particular attention to any
limitations, exclusions, and the section on ‘how to make a
claim’.

Keep your insurance details with you
at all times.

Travel Insurance is a mandatory
requirement for participation in a TWW Programme.

As part of the application process,
you are required to provide us with the following information:

the name of the insurance company
-
the policy number
-
the period of cover (i.e. the policy
start & finish dates)

the 24 hour medical emergency
telephone number

Where TWW has provided information
and/or assistance on travel insurance it is provided for general
