Shanghai : Recent Donations

Travellers makes a donation to the schools and cerebral palsy centre in Shanghai for every volunteer that goes on a project with us in China. When it comes to the time to make the donations, we ask the schools and centre to give us a list of things that they need, which is compiled in association with the volunteers. The volunteers then play an active role in the purchase and distribution of the donation. These photos show some donations being distributed by volunteers in early 2007.

Travellers are also in the process of setting up a ‘Travellers Scholarship’ which will help several poor children in China receive education. Watch this space for more information!”
